Fast Cab Taxi Company White Diamond Limo bad attitudes, terrible driving skills, long waits, utterly incompetent Warsaw Indiana
Fast Cab Taxi Company is one of the worst services in Northern Indiana! My boyfriend and I have had so many terrible experiences with them. We've had to wait for an hour or more on several different occasions for pick up. Upon this, it had almost made us late to work when we had scheduled a pick up at a certain time. Also with being late to work, upon pick up, the driver had a real nasty attitude. He drove like a maniac, nearly hitting two vehicles on the way to drop us off at work. Then this driver nearly hit three to four people in the parking lot! The driver was reported to the company but he was not fired!!! My boyfriend went for a round trip with a different driver for some fast food.
My boyfriend always pays as soon as he gets into the cab mind you, and he paid the full price for this round trip. At the fast food place, this driver tells him to just go inside and order because the line was too long. Okay, not that bad, no big deal. But when he comes out, she's gone! He has to wait thirty plus minutes for this woman to get back to take him home. By the time he got home, food was cold and the lady had a bad attitude. We tried to deal with the manager/owner this morning for the latest incident, and as always, we were not refunded and instead of dealing with us directly we have to deal with one of his drivers!! Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional! Worst taxi service ever!
