FastLoanFast Deducted $30 from my bank account, sent account into overdraft, bank charged me $36 for overdrafe. Internet
On February 11, 2013, my bank processed an electronic check #99679 from FastLoanFast in the amount of $30. I have never heard of this company, therefore, I have never done any business with them. Not only did my account get debited the $30, but because other bills came through at the same time, my account went into the overdraft status. The bank charged me $36 for the overdraft of a $30 check.
I attempted to contact the number listed on the copy of the check and it was a recording which never transferred me to a customer service agent. I then called my bank and they had the same information I had and told me to come into the bank and file a dispute.
Again, I have never authorized any company to do research for a payday loan or anything of the sort. this has got to be stopped.
