In hard Economic Times, Companies Spring Up all over the Place just waiting to take you for your money and information. I have Several Suggetions. Make sure you have Not become a Victim of Identity Theft, By contacting Local Police and send via Cerrtified Mail all copies of information and Correspondence to Federal Trade Commission, Secret Service in Washington, D.C., United States Post Office Inspectors and finally Internal Revenue Service. Download Form #3949A, fill it out make a copy and send it back to them also by Certified Mail and Get a Reciept. Good Luck and Trust me they Will put an end To it and get your Money back. Don't say another word to them, except to make sure They are still there. You might also protect yourself and family by contacting IDWatchDog or National ID Theft Recovery Service.

The rebuttal is also a scam. On every rebuttal they have made to every complaint they tell you to contact customer service by way of email...first of all they don't have a clue as to what customer service even means. Then after you take the time to send a detailed email you will get an auto response telling you to call their 800 number to receive faster service. Then the run around starts all over again. Also be advised that once you send the email and get the auto response you will then have your email blocked. They WANT you to email them for this very purpose.
