Father's Choice, Father's Right's taken away by Father's Choice... Anaheim California
As it goes, it was suggested I seek the help of Father's Choice through a concerned loved one that knew about my current situation. I made the effort of calling Father's Choice, who in turn prompted me to sign up for the monthly program (which I was told would be in my best interest to have the suppport of the staff 'on my side') while I have my documents drawn up.
Throughout the time frame of having paperwork drawn up, I phoned Father's Choice (initialy) once every other day only to leave messages with a reception person, or leaving voicemail messages whenever the voicemail box wasn't full (which was rare). As days and days would go by, I started calling twice a day then three times a day only to get the full voicemail box over and over.
Whenever I was lucky enough to be able to leave a message, I would state that I was in serious need to speak to a representative in regards to my case and I requested to know where I stood at the time.
I never recieved a return call from anyone at Father's Choice. I had email addresses from certain individuals there (which I have if anyone needs those names) and they never bothered to return my messages. In essence, I called for months at a time, never having one call returned, and all the while this company was enjoying the fruits of cashing in on my bank account at their leisure.
How was I to cancel my membership when no one was ever available to help me do so? Why was I being ignored? Even though I left messages - at times very stern messages - was I placed on back burner for as long as I was?
Overall, they sent out one set of documents where even then they failed to handle properly, having given me the wrong information, stating that I was the Respondant instead of the Petitioner as well as other mistakes that were never fixed because I couldn't get a hold of anyone. My account was charged for over a year and I was unable to cancel because no one ever available to speak to me at Father's Choice.
They are a total rip off, they did NOT help me out whatsoever and are the biggest unprofessional company out there swindling good people like myself that looked forward to seeing change in our lifestyles in regards to our children.
I feel betrayed by Father's Choice and I want answers (and my funds returned immediatley). I hope you people know what problems you caused me and how I let my children down in the process. Thanks for nothing Father's Choice.
