An elderly client was bullied/conned into purchasing over $200.00 worth of unnecessary septic tank products that have never been shipped. The company is now turning the account over to a collection agency after continually harassing this man for the money even though he has repeatedly told them he NEVER received the product. He has now asked us to intervene on his behalf, which we are now in the process of getting the company to cease and desist any efforts to extort monies from our client.
