Karena, All you have to do is send a letter to each credit bureau saying that you have no such account, and have never had such an account and the entry should be removed immediately. In your letter demand to see whatever you allegedly signed as well as a full account history. Also demand copies of any communications sent/recieved during the verification process. This is your legal right under the FCRA. Send this letter by certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified# on the letter itself, and keep a copy for your records.
