I have also been subjected to the Companies lies and deceipt. I originally signed up 2 additional phones to my orange account, promised and re-assured by the salesman that all is above board and that my 'cash-back' redemptions would be processed and that they are not like the other Co's that i may have heard about (lie 1). So on signing up, which they were quick enough to do, i received the 2 handsets as described (not bad so far i thought), i did not received the promised bluetooth headset (arrived 5 months later after 10 calls) nor did i receive the 1st 70 cheque which is promised at the begining to entice you in. This 1st cheques took me hours of calls and after 3 months and call to 'a' manager I received my initial payment.

This was to be the standard from ther on in, I meticulously checked each redemtion, original copies of statements etc, recored delivery, all as stated to receive a quick turnaround...I think I spoke to 17 different people each of them 4 times at least over a 3 month period after i had submitted my 1st claim, each time recording the name, time and date and notes discussed to be read back to the next telesales helper i spoke to. I did receive a 200 cheques after 6 months (this only covered the 1st 3 months redemptions for 2 contracts) the rest i fought verbally ever since September 2007) stiil to this date i do not have any further payment, lots of lies, excuses, they even said on one occassion they had an investigation by the fraud squad so they could not issue chequers until the matter was cleared!!! RUBBISH!! during the times i called most of the previous staff i had spoken too had left...maybe they were fed lies to as to how the Co operates...

Omir,Lisa,Damien,Sarah Barker (v helpful), Mike, Joanne, Hannah, Stephen (the original salesman), Eaton, Stuart, Kelly (apparent manager), Lee, Clair, Amanda, Chris, Adam, Jackie

now all the lines are dead or ring off...if anyone has been successful in claiming from these theives then please reply....I am owed around 1200 + the value of all the calls which must be in the 100's..

these companies should be monitored more carefully by governing bodies...they must have cheated 1000's of people...
