The Federal Government ripoff chemical weapons of mass destruction Washington District of Columbia Nationwide
The federal government has been working alongside car manufactures for many years now. Making mandatory such things as better fuel milage, collision saftey measures, along with trillions of other finely layed out details. However the government hasn't done anything about the open fuel delievery system which can be used to launch chemical weapons against the public.

Our fighter planes have used a closed refueling system since 1955. We can't have terrorist sneaking up on our war planes in the middle of the night dumping foreign substances into the planes fuel supply. So a closed fuel system was invented, and is in use by all military planes today, and would be easily transferrable to public vehicles if government wished to make it so.
Everything about the fuel system is closed, and prevents everything but a specially designed and fitted gas truck nozel to attach and enter the fuel system for refueling purposes.
There also many other chemicals on the market that could be used against people in this manner. I'm sure to some extent many people are infact fooling around with their car's engine in this respect. There are too many strange cases of migraine headaches, cancers of all types, and lung ailments that touch of such chemical weapons.
Even our schools are teaching students how to become terrorists. For instance; Lincoln Tech an automotive school teaches students to pour a mixture of water and transmission fluid into the car's carburetor while the engine is running as a means to de-carbon the engine heads. This produces an enormous cloud that can fill any 200 by 100 foot area. This cloud is partly phosgene gas as water contains clorine in it.
I'm sure with the rising number of cases of asthma in this country that clorine is being dumped into fuel tanks in this manner giving people asthma from the exhaust. Bill Clinton removed clorine from freon in 1997. Which I thought until now was the number one source of asthma.
