FHT MOFNYN CO, SHENZHEN CHINA "Generac" 7KW Portable Generator ordered from this company was never delivered Shenzhen
One 03 July 2018 I ordered a "Generac Portable 7KW Electric Generator, that I saw displayed on Facebook, not knowing the company selling this product was based in China. The ad also promised "free shipping." That ad disappeared from Facebook almost immediately thereafter, (without explanation)
Two charges were made to on my Master Card, which appear on my bank statement with Security Bank & Trust Co, in Macon, GA:
1. POS Purchase code 500387, for $243.65, for a 7KW Portable Generator, and
2. Service Charge for $4.87
To date, 29 August 2018, nothing has been received, nor has any email, letter, or phone call been received to explain the delay. My 60 day period to contest this charge is rapidly running out, and I can't find an address or phone number for this company, ("FHT Mofnyn Company, Shenzhen, China), anywhere; nor can I find a web address.
It's entirely possible that shipments from China take longer than 60 days for the item to arrive. However, since I haven't had any communication with this company, and cannot find a contact for them, I have no alternative but to file a fraud suit before my 60 days runs out
I have only 48 hours to resolve this. At this point I would settle for a contact number, (preferably one within the U.S.), or an explanation for the delay.
