When a company declares bankruptcy they are basically saying they have no more money to operate. If it is a re-organization bankruptcy they may not give you your money back, but still be able to provide you the service you paid for. If they are totally out of business. The only thing you can do is find out where the bankruptcy is filed and attempt to be listed as a creditor. IF there is any money that is dispursed bt the courts you may get some. However, you will be at the bottom of the pile so the chances of you getting anything even from this is going to be very, very slim.
