It is unfortunate that Adrian was dissatisfied with our program. We are confident that when our customers continue with the program as outlined to them upon enrollment that they can achieve satisfaction from our company. All potential customers receive in a number of different ways very detailed information about our program. In addition, all clients return a signed written client agreement before we enroll them into our program. While we cannot address specific customer concerns publicly, we have a policy of responding to all concerns from our customers and former customers directly.
