Financial One ripoff abused & mistreated corruption by customer service dirty ripoff dogs Closter New Jersey U.S.A.
I am reporting a company called financial one for ripping me off.Last October they called me and I was offered a major credit card with a $5,000 credit limit.They ask me too give them my bank account number too verify information and for them to withdraw the amount of $299.95 for the credit card which will take 14 to 30 days by the time I will receive it.
I called their customer service line within a 72 hour period to change the date for withdawing money from my bank account but their answering machine was answering all my calls so I left messages but never called me back.It took me over 20 dials before I got through to a representative. I was informing them about the package that was over due.So they told me to wait another week.So by the time I received it, I didn't receive the credit card that I was asked for.
I received some card which was used for catalog purchases that stated a refund policy of 30 days and some other stuff plus the package was damaged. I called up their customer service to complain and demand a refund,but instead they told me that theres no refund and started bad mouthing me.
Since now I haven't heard from them. This stupied company ripped me off and mistreated me so I want justice for myself and for the other people they ripped off and get our money back.
