I had been looking online at Fingerhut's clearance item a tablet and trying different promo codes in and non worked there was is a section where you put the promo code and you click to clear the promo code if it does not work. The last time I clicked to clear the promo code that did not work the order went through as if I had hit the order button. I did not do that. I went to chat and also called them immediately and with chat I was told it would be a certain amount of time till I would be up and in was in que for so many minutes and it was counting down until it got to 3 minutes and it stayed there for over 1 hour and 20 minutes. In the mean time I was on the phone calling every time I would get a message telling me I would have to wait at least 5 minutes I had them pick up and hang up on me 3 differnt times. I just kept calling back I also went to another page and sent an email telling them that I did not mean to order that and I did not want it and to please cancel the order. I recieved an email the next morning stating it had already been shipped. I checked my account and there was no shipping code or tracking # so I wrote back saying that I knew it had not been shipped and I did not want it I also called and was told it had been shipped already.

This went on for 3 days and they kept telling me every day it had already been shipped and there was nothing they could do I said I did not want it and I was not going to pay the shipping charges to send it back they said too bad I had to pay shipping both ways now. I said it had not been shipped yet so don't send it they said oh yes its been shipped there was noting they could do. I told them I use to manage a shipping Dept. of a large company and I know if they make a shipping label it automatically goes online. Then when its shipped it shows when it is picked up and shipped. They said no it does not work like that for Fingerhut They have thier worn rules and It had already shipped. Then the next day I get an email saying your order has shipped today and it said when I should get it. I was so upset and when I called they said well its shipped now so its too late now I said I called you for days asking you not to ship it and you kept telling me it had shipped and it had not now today you send me an email saying it just shipped. That is just wrong. They are so crooked. If I don't keep it I will be out almost $30 for nothing. How can they get away with this. I can't believe they are aloud to do this.
