I made a pruchase with this company in November 2013. When I recieved the order my items was badly damaged and extremely cheap product. As soon as I noticed everything was damaged; I gave the company a call to fix the situation in the same month of November and they said they'll get right on it.
Now, here it is three months later and I haven't recieved any of the replacement damaged items. This is after more than 20 calls and complaints. The company had me set up a credit account with them, so now I feel like I am stuck in a crazy predicament. On top of that they want me to still make payments on a item that I was completely unsatisfied with.
This company is completely unlawful. They really need a rule adjustment or go under investigation. I would've sent my product back, but they don't pay for the shipping. The item I purchased was a bed so imagine the cost on my behalf.
