FINGERHUT I returned a stereo to them, they said I still needed to send in a payment, I sent the amount they requested and then they increased the amount due and they put on my credit report I owe them hundreds of dollars on this returned item . Now my credit report is ruined and they refuse to show the balance due as a zero balance. I want to file a class action lawsuit against them. Saint Cloud Minnesota
I purchase a electronic device from Fingerhut. I have a disability and could not afford to pay for the item. I contacted Fingerhut to let them know I was returning the item and I sent it back. They received it back but said I still needed to send a payment. I sent in the amount they requested but they increased the amount due to hundreds of dollars and now it is showing on my credit report. They refuse to show the balance as zero. My credit report is ruined now because of Fingerhut.
