Finishing Touch Taxidermy Frank Stumbo, Frankie internet scammer, interstate mail fraud East Stroudsberg, Pennsylvania
Frank Stumbo, of Finishing Touch Taxidermy in PA, placed an order for some taxidermy specimen from my taxidermy business over the internet. Frank never made payment for items he recieved.
We came in contact with each other via a popular website forum devoted to the taxidermy and related industries. The specimen (WT capes) were sent accross state lines through the US mail and were recieved by him, as confirmed by him. After numerous attempts to inquire as to the where-a-bouts of his payment he repeatedly told me I would be getting it shortly. As months went bye, it became increasingly hard to track him down to talk with him by phone, and email. After doing some research on said forum, it is clear that I was not the only victim. He has also not logged into the forum for many months now.
It has been almost one year since he recieved his order and still no payment. He has basicly disappeared off the planet. I have been unable to find any change in his address, or change of phone. There is no response at either. He also will not respond to his email anymore.
