fire lake grand casino in Shawnee oklahoma august 7, 2015 was rip off of a bonus of $487 shawnee Oklahoma
the evening of august 7, 2015 my husband floyd crisenberry pick i cindy crisenberry up from the oklahoma city, oklahoma airport. we then drove to fire lake grand casino in shawnee oklahoma.
i play on crown reels. it where if you get five of a kind and the crown lands on the center row, you spend it to get your bonus.
this long dark hair women was on the left of me play a game and my husband was on the right of me. when it flash major bonus, it flash on top of the machine $487 major bonus. however i only recieved $5. all three of us got excited.
staff briefly talk to the lady and said her comments wont do any good. staff complained cause i spend it twice after the 15 spend bonus was over. they kept claim they could only go back 10 spins, yet it was to the beginning of the 15 free spins and the last two spins after that they saw. how ever it didnt show the part when i spend the crown wheel. and more or less i was aqused of lying in so many words.
they claim they could do nothing about it. i call thier head quarters the next day and recieved the same answer a few days later. they admit from the cameras above they couldnt see all that happened. cause i and my husband kept request for them to pull the tape footage and really examine the game and i explaine that some reason it not showing when i spent the crown bonus.
they play it at least five times. needles to say i havent been back to this casino since. there are others that also got rip off by this same casino but they are the ones that need to report it. especially that i wasnt there when it happened.
