Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company called me and promised a 1.99% mortgage loan they said We would have to pay a fee up fromt of $1500.00 and then they would be able to get us the mortgage. come to find out that after sendeing them the money they simply diapear. they have not fullfield any of their promises and will not reply to my e-mails or phone calls anymore. They talk you into this by bashing the better business burrow. I was talked into paying them with my mortgage money they said that the mortgage would close within 45 days and that way i could miss two house payments.

now I am two mortgage payments behind and don't know where else to turn. Please don't let this person take advantage of anyone else. this has been very frustrating for us as we are usally very cautious and don't fall for these kind of things but he was very convincing.

If you are getting "plenty of calls every day" from lenders, that means your number has been sold to scammers.  Legitimate lenders do not cold-call people offering lending services, PERIOD.  But you are determined to think that all those calls you are getting from nice people is because of your awesome credit rating and that lenders are anxious to lend you money.  Uh huh.

What a pathetic joke you are.  You are begging to be scammed again.  Have fun with that.  And all this because you refuse to admit that you were just gullible.

John you sound like you work for this company I get plenty of calls from legitimate lenders everyday and this company seemed to be legitimate. facts are it turns out they were not. But if you think that legitamate companys don't cold call you are mistaken. However this person will not be doing this much looonger as the FBI and local police are after him for this.

He choose the wrong person to scam and he will be caught and prosecuted  for His scams. so if you are involved in this be prepared to serve some time in Jail. if not get off my back I made a mistake and i paid for it better belive it will never happen again and i will not let it happen to anyone else either.

If you want to help people avoid being scammed in the future, stop telling us that you think legit mortgage companies cold-call people to offer them good rates.  Legitimate Mortgage companies do NOT chase customers through cold-calling.  They don't have to- people go to THEM.

I get many calls from many real mortgage companys everyday and i thought this one was as it had a legitimate websight and everything seamed in place. Fact is it wasen't These people should be easy to find their web site is active and working.

Their address must be right as mail has reaced them and their phones must be right also if law inforcemant will do their job these criminals should be caught and in jail soon I don't expect to ever see any fo my money but I do want them out of business so that they cannot do this to anyone else ever.

I don't understand how, in this day and age, people can still be talked into giving money to someone who cold-called them.  Every day my elderly parents get "offers" for car insurance etc. out of nowhere, obviously originating from a boiler room somewhere.  Never EVER talk to people offering to sell you something over the phone unless YOU initiated the call and did your research first.  This isn't complicated.  Nobody is randomly calling people offering them low-rate mortgages, insurance, or anything else but an opportunity to lose their money.  Good luck.
