First National Credit Card ripoff Sioux Falls South Dakota
When I first received the Legacy Credit card I thought I read all the fine writing, Well I my limit was 250.00 when I receive the card I only had 56 dollars available. Well I called and they told me that since I requested 1 additional card that I also charged 20.00. Well I told her well I wanted to cancel the card and she said that I could cancel but I was still responsible for the balance, I told her I owe you guys now 260.00 dollars and made a payment of 50.00.
Well she told me that since I was a day late they charge me 29.00 dollars late fee and I will be charged 6.00 a month just for having the card. I told that woman to close the account and draft 50.00 dollars out my checking account. Well I got a letter saying that this would be done so I am thinking well let them get the 50.00 dollars and get rid of these rip off people. Well this morning I got a call not knowing that it was them. She called and said that they have charged me another 29.00 dollars because I am late, I told that woman I thought you all was drafting this out my account.
She said no you would have to sign somthing to do this. Well I told that woman, I had to laugh because I had never been ripped off like this. I told her I was calling the better business bureau because this was nothing but a scam she gave me this number to 8883973742 which is not BBB.
Well I have reported these people I have learned one thing that trying to build your credit you end up destroying it.
