THANKS to all you good folks for taking the time to save the rest of us morons from ourselves!!
I got the same "certificate of approval" in yesterday's mail, took it with me to the office today, completed the form, written my check and was about to mail it out when..... some kind of instinct for self-preservation unexpectedly kicked in! Or maybe it was just common-sense.
I ran a quick check on the Net and found this site that details the very thing I had been suspicious of: the $15,000 is indeed a scam.
We should all remember that if it looks too good to be true, than it probably is!
