I found their products at a GREATER reduced rate. When I called them to cancel my order, they were very unreceptive. My order with them totaled approximately $2000. They require a certain percentage paid upfront before mailing the items, which I paid. I found the same exact order for the amount it cost them to mail it, approximately $200. For 3 months I tried to cancel the order, no supervisors were ever available and none ever returned my call. Eventually, I started recieving the order per UPS. I then refused delivery and had the product shipped back. First National told me when they recieved all the merchandise, they would then issue a check to me for the shipping costs, which they eventually did. Then I asked them to cancel my membership and they said it was too late. They were keeping my $43. And then I got the BS about how they were there to help restore your credit and the membership was LIFETIME. How does paying 150% mark up restore your credit? Bottomline is when you pay the shipping cost you're paying what your products are worth and they never lose, only you do. When that bill comes and you can't pay, the interests starts to build, you get turned over to collections, lawyer fees...They've already payed for the stuff you have, now all they want to do is destroy your credit. They take advantage of people who are having a hard time putting food on the table, giving them a so-called GREAT DEAL. What's up with that?????
