Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I'll make this brief...this car that I purchased from First Team Chevrolet has cause me much grief, anxiety, mental anguish all due to being in 2 accidents with the vehicle that I purchased from them. Purchased car in mid Nov 2015, 3 weeks later car broke down 2 days after my first payment. I tried to give it back and no luck. They were insensitive to my accident, gave me a rental after I waited over 2 hours for help, as my sales rep and other reps walked past me ( the accidents occurred in the beginning part of Dec 2015). Almost 30 days in the shop I get a call in beginning of January  2016 that the car was ready, get their and before I could pull off the lot the car started acting up. I left it there, got it back end of Jan 2016, but before I took it I spoke to Abe Kent, business manager and he basically told me and my girlfriend  that I was out of luck, everyone goes through it, he has as if that was suppose  to make me feel better about my situation. He provided me with Edwina Scott, Customer Service Manger to call if I needed any help, assured me the car was fine and we parted ways.  May 2016 I'm back in another accidents as the Axel and tire rods crack and fall off while I'm driving on the interstate 11:00pm from work. This time my accidents causes innocent people to get hurt. On top of the the officer tells me the tag on my car is not registered to my vehicle. I call Edwina Scott on May 9th, actually my girlfriend did as I looked for a lawyer, of course I get the run around and no follow up call from her or management.  First Team Chevrolet in Hampton has failed me and put my life at risk twice. Missed time from work and mental anguish. The don't value their customers, they only want a sale. I will contact a lawyer, and anyone else to get the word around. This is unjust!

Interesting how you failed to mention a few things.

Such as what car did you purchase, that is the Year, Make, Model, and miles on the car?

Did you have the car inspected before you bought it?

How was it sold?  That is was it sold As-Is or with a Warranty?

What was the circumstances of the first accident, that is exactly what part on the car caused it?  What damage was caused?

You talked about how the dealer made you wait for a rental...where is your insurance company in all of this?

For the second accident again, what were the circumstances.  That is how fast were you going?

It was close to 5 months between the two accidents.  What proof do you have that THEY knew in January that the part was bad?

In a way these are all rhetorical, as it is obvious of some of the answers...which is why when you go to an attorney they will basically ask you the same questions and then tell you what I am about to tell you...hope you enjoy your car.

But with that said...you may have one valid complaint.  IF the tag is really not registered to your vehicle and it was the dealer who gave you the tag.  Then they should be liable for any expenses or difficulty you had because of that.  But again..incorrect license plates do not cause accidents.
