Five Star Nissan of Albany, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Post Office Box 660360 Dallas, TX. 75266 USA purchase car, got Rip-off in 4 days, new cars with 150 miles, gave customer contract papers last, trade in not added, Five Star Nissan of Albany, Georiga GA
I was rip-off in 4 days but did not know anything until the sales went to Nissan Acceptance Corporation had paid them off for financing the car. I stoped in to trade my car on March 31,2019 but this never happen because all the salesmen wanted a big commission at Nisssan. At the end of the day, after signig my papers, all I could do is cry for help at the dealership.
I did not see or get to read my contract papers because I would have seen my trade-in was not in the financing at Nissan. When the salemen' pulls a deal ,he will show you the fine reading where you cannot do anything about the problem. All lefted now is to take the car and leave the building because this is a civil matter and the car I purchase is going to the sell on your credit file for 7 years.
I could not pay two payments each month for two cars so I had to contact a Lawyer for help to save my credit score. The next thing after going throught all the trouble the salesmen laughed at me in my face because they had made a big commission for rip-off.
