I purchased the order on Tuesday. The course arrived Saturday. Very satisfied. I do not know why you did not get your course. Since the course costs so little to produce I would think refunding the cost would be smart. Although he didn't mention you specifically he did state he refunded orders.
Frank's reputation is more important than $144 so I assume he would try to rectify this with you ahead of time. I do not know you but I do know I received my course promptly.

After reading all the reports on FJR Advisors and Frank J. R, why has nobody actually taken action on them. They are clearly thieves and yet they are still in business taking money from unsuspecting people.
I am equally disgusted with this Never Cold Call Again's service and frustrated with the fact that you cant ever get a hold of a real person to speak to.
I posted a report last week here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/book-publishers/fjr-advisors-inc/fjr-advisors-inc-never-cold-c-59346.htm
They are thieves and need to be dealt with legally!

If this is true - how was I able to place an order and how did you take my money.
If you have SINCE remeved SA as a destination, where's my refund?
You are more slippery than an eel.... enough time wasted.

Anyone who doubts the legitimacy of my rebuttal can attempt to order and choose South Africa as the shipping address. As soon as you click the "Place Order" button you will see that it is automatically rejected.
I hated to make that decision but the fact of the matter is that South Africa's postal service is extremely unreliable and consistently loses 2 out of 3 packages. The only alternative is FedEx but at nearly $50 shipping to S.A., it is simply not a viable option for a $97 product.

What utter nonsense. Imagine a country like South Africa not receiving 2 out of every 3 postal items!!! What a (bad) joke and a pathetic excuse . Fedex, UPS, TNT, DPD along with thousands of other couriers deliver millions of parcels perfectly every month, let alone the most advanced Postal Service in Africa!
This "rebuttal" only serves to prove the point: Frank Rumbauskas makes no acceptance of a service not delivered - just excuses and no attempt to rectify the situation.
The proven FACTS remain - no contact has been attempted by FJR Advisors / Frank Rumbauskas despite emails sent to his company as well as his personal mail addresses, and no response was made from his "support" site despite repeated attempts and re-opening logs. Support tickets are just simply closed with no explanation or communication.
Certainly no attempt was made at a refund.
If the parcel was not delivered/returned, why did they not contact me? Why was no attempt made to re-send? Why was not refund given?
Frank Rumbauskas continues to deal in his idea of sales - no delivery with empty promises of money back guarantees.
Beware of Frank Rumbauskas and any organization like FJR Advisors he is responsible for. Buy from Frank Rumbauskas at your own risk!

We shipped the product as promised; however, South Africa Post did not deliver. Our experience is that 2 out of 3 packages shipped to South Africa are never delivered. As a result, we are no longer accepting orders from South Africa, and have refunded all customers who never received theirs. We apologize to our fans in South Africa that they can no longer purchase our products directly; however Frank has 3 books available on Amazon.com that can still be purchased in South Africa.
