I bought a software package that according to thier own website is a video recorder,uploader and converter all in one. http://www.flashcoms.com/products/profile_recorder/overview/

Video recorder enables site visitors to record and playback video/audio messages on your web site without any additional software installation. Video recorder can be easily integrated with your web site functionality and existing users database which allows using it as a solution for video galleries, A/V profiles, greeting messages and much more.The new version also supports video upload that enables users not only to record messages with web camera and microphone but also upload and convert their movie files (like YouTube).

Video upload

Video recorder allows users to upload video files from their computers and automatically convert them to flash video format (flv) just like YouTube. Maximum file size and a/v quality settings can be adjusted by administrator.

I bought this software for $249.00. Went to install it and the only thing included was a video recorder. Upon talking to their support I am informed that the Video recorder only includes a video recorder. That in order to get the uploader I would need to buy a module for $250.00 more. I am sure the converter would be another $250 but I am not even interested in finding out. This company and their website purposly misleads people into thinking thier product does certain things when it does not, and attempts to sell other modules to finally get it to do what it was represented to do to begin with.

Unless we get the Video Convertor plugin today, we have been misled and we did NOT recieve what we ordered.

Therefore, by purchasing a product and not recieving what we ordered, we have been defrauded.

There's no mention of Video convertor allows users to upload video files, it says Video recorder allows users.

Wheres the option for video convertor?

The overview page lists that its a feature of Profile Recorder, not a seperate plugin.

Theres no option to add that plugin when ordering Profile Recorder.

So its assumed that Video Convetor is included.

Theres not even an option to add the convertor when ordering.

The overview says video uploader is a feature of PROFILE RECORDER, there's no mention of a seperate plugin.

Please keep in mind, that "Video convertor" is additional plug-in, that does not go along with default package: http://www.flashcoms.com/products/profile_recorder/plugins/video_convertor/

I have checked your order details, they contain only "Video Recorder (Standart edition) [Unlimited users]"
Let me know, if I miss anything.
If you paid for the plug-in using custom invoice, kindly provide payment receipt.

We would like to get this live on our site today, but initially you gave us a blank install, and now you give us a copy missing the feature that we want most -- UPLOADER.

Please give us the correct package.

This means that we should have the UPLOADER, but there is no video uploader in our copy that we downloaded.
