Received excellent estimate by a very pleasant Billy Wright. Scheduled the work and asked for proof of insurance before beginning. He said there was a problem with his policy and he was working to resolve it. Called me back the next day and his "brother" was a contractor and would have him ride on his insurance policy. He faxed me this information and this policy had canceled in 2009 for non payment and was for a different type of contracting all together. He was still very nice and I know how the jobs are now and tried to work with him. He finally sent me a copy of a new  active insurance policy. We did the work a week later and I was very impressed from what I could see because we had arrived home late the following days. The 2nd or 3rd day later I noticed dark spots in my skylights ( I have 6 tubular skylights throughout the house). I then realized this was shingles and wood. I called Billy and he said no problem when I come for final payment we will walk. We walked the outside and I told him how pleased I was. I took him in and showed him my skylights. He said they come down from the roof, so he would get with his people and figure out what to do and if needed he would redo around the skylights so they could get everything out. I was prepared to give him a couple weeks to get back with me....I called him back 3 weeks later and he said he "totally forgot", but would be out by the end of the week to look at it and find a solution. I cannot get in touch with him now. He won't return my calls. It has been since April 2010 and now my skylight are "moving" ( detached from my ceiling) and I can see my attic. Started 2 months ago, and now 5 out of my 6 have moved. My husband is in the ARMY, so I have to figure this out myself.



As I was writing this Mr Wright has called and said he was sorry, thought it was fixed and will call tomorrow to set up an appointment date to come look at it. How ironic. Don't here from someone for such a long time, I file another complaint with the BBB, find this website and receive a call back all in 2 hours. Will post, hopefully a happy, update.
