VERY SNEAKY!!! Have you play a quiz and to get the correct answers you text a number (this is the way you agree to charges for ring-tones, wall-paper you don't know you are agreeing to purchase MONTHLY!!!!) You also can't call back to them because if you use your home phone they can't charge to you, so they tell you to call on your cell ONLY!  They won't talk to you on your phone. Or you can go to their web site again - yeah, right! Second incurred charges! VERY BAD COMPANY and Most definitely a SCAM!!!!!

Please direct your anger to the correct company.  T-Mobile is providing you cell service.  Flycell is providing the quiz, ringtones, wallpapers and games.  The only thing T-Mobile does is allow you to bill things towards your bill.  YOU still have to subscribe to it. 

Text the word "STOP" to the number on the bill (will probably look like 75555 or something like that).  Then call customer care @ T-Mobile.  They will credit the past 2 months worth of service charges (usually 9.99 a month) and they can also Black List Flycell so you cannot get signed up with them again. 

It's not a SCAM, some people like having the ablity to get ringtones etc from companies such as Flycell.  Its YOUR responsibility to know what you're getting into and reading the fine print!
