I called in reference to some charges to my cell phone. Talked with Ulyses with no success he is in the business of making money even though he knows that there practice is unethical. In the voice mail they even have a prompt that states, If you are a parent pushed the number (3)??? That is how I know that the practices is not ethical. I know we are in the last days and times and money is becoming the root of all evil but I never thought they would allow for it to be legal to take advantage or our children (minors) as I explained to him children have an education and to hear and read is one thing but to know all the legalities they don't.
