So you freely admit your child did it? So according to you, that also means that you dispute every phone call your child makes correct? Or are the phone calls fine but anything else they do is not? Sorry, but you gave the child the phone and an internet connection and are responsible for their actions. If they walk into a store and break something, are you also not responsible since they are 12 and you didnt tell them to break it? I agree that the policies of many online companies need to be monitored and we need regulations regarding the internet but a class action suit is not the answer. First you will waste years until anything is taken care of. The "lawyer" will take 33-66% of any settlement so you sued for $10 and got $4 back and during the years it took the case to be settled the company made millions? Begin with contacting the FCC or FTC and not posting on the internet to complain. If we as citizens took as much time trying to get our elected and appointed officials to do their jobs as opposed to surfing the web and complaining about everything from the anonymity of our keyboard, maybe our children wouldnt be on the internet running up our phone bills. PS: google ripoff report and you will see where people have filed complaints about them as well so it seems anyone can get bashed on the net
