The confirming text message is poorly (or deceptively) worded.
The company does not make any effort to confirm that the alleged subscriber is of an age to subscribe to or agree to anything.
They refused to refund the subscription fee when I called (this was my daughter's phone) and I found the customer service person to be condescending and arrogant.
