I bought my Ford F150 new in 2002. I have had nothing but problems with this new vehicle. The Ford company in the city I bought it from which is the closest to my home has tried to help but have not gone above and beyond to keep me as a customer. I have dealt with many companies in this city and they are on the bottom of my list as far as making sure I am a satisfied customer. I have always owned Ford trucks but this one I guarantee is a lemon. The first problem started last fall. The problem finally got resolved in February. The second problem left my wife and I stranded and they couldn't find the problem. My wife found the problem and they did fix it. Now the lights on the dashboard are going off and on when they feel like it. I don't dare take it back to them because the car they gave us as a loaner didn't have a radio. It was the dead of winter and they had no snow tires on it and sometimes we had to find our own transportation while they fixed our truck. It was a little Ford Aspire. My wife has to have dependable transportation as she has an illness that requires she have a dependable vehicle to get her to the hospital or doctor when need be. I am now in the process of looking at purchasing a 2005 GMC or Dodge pickup for myself and a Grand Prix for the wife. I think Ford has just gotten so big that it doesn't matter if they lose a customer here and there. It's really too bad because a few here and few there won't keep them big for long.. Thanks for your time and attention. Sincerely,
