Foreclosure Excess Proceeds FEP, Tiffany Bucher Lied in order to get me to sign away my interest to thousands of dollars for only $1,500. Phoenix Arizona
I was in real need of some fast money for rent. After signing an agreement for her to get back about $30,000 of excess profits from the auction sale of my house, she sent over a form for me to sign so I could get an advance on my excess proceeds but in fact, I discovered her was ripping me off by having me give up my rights and interest to that $30,000, for only $1,500.00.
I would not recommend that you sign anything that this lady presents to you because she will mislead you into giving up all your money. You would think the company that I engaged to recover $30,000 would have some fiduciary duty to not take all my money for just a $1,500 advance. I hope a Judge sees my point and will throw the book at her...but at least you should STAY CLEAR!

I also reported Tiffany Bucher to the Arizona Secretary of State. The report from the Secretary was that Ms. Bucher had indeed abused her procedures, but that her Notary term had ended and there was no further action they could take.
The Secretary of State did a very good investigation of the facts and rendered a correct decision.
