I went to a training for FPP foreclosurepreventionpros and was interested until Robert Raff could NOT answer my questions. I knew that something "stunk"! My friend decided to get involved and had nothing but trouble! FPP changed their program several times and then blamed the agents for this. Robert Raff and Brandice Labadie just started the business on a shoe string and were trying to figure things out as they went forcing most into foreclosure because of their incompetent business practice and chaos. My friend submitted 3 deals and each one had to be re sent about 4 times which led home owners into a forced foreclosure! I then investigated Mr. Robert Raff and found out that he was also involved the a mortgage scam and was sued!
Mr. Raff also was involved in an FBI sting in which he was buying stolen office supplies. Every mortgage broker I talked to said Mr. Raff is nothing more than a con man from Florida who is desperate to be someone? Who knows? All I know is that when I went to one of the trainings Mr. Raff was totally unprofessional swearing all the time and said he was guilty of being a "Mortgage w***e"? What ever that means. To date no one has made any money from these guys as I am sure they will be closed down soon! I heard that his girl friend Brandice Labadie was the one that once worked for a short sale person and thats were the conjured up the idea to start their own at everone elses expense. Everyone of my properties went into foreclosure and I lost my credability after associating with the idiots. BEWARE!
