Forensic Psychological Services of New York, PLLC Mark Rand Very Expensive and Utterly Incompetent New York New York
Mark Rand of Forensic Psychological Services was assigned to us by New York State court in a divorce custody matter. He has a reputation amongst lawyers as the guy you pull out when you want to drive the costs up in order to get the other party to settle. That may be true, he is very expensive
On top of being expensive he is utterly incompetent. His method is to type everything that you say. His report is everything that you say, truncated with his nasty comments.
After taking near $40,000.00 to produce his report, he then was unable to complete the report and demanded more money.
A large amount of time of his $350 per hour sessions were spent talking about booking more sessions, things that were better suited to the secretary or his front office. His objective seemed to be to burn up time, so he could send a bill.
He is in this for the money and cannot do his job. His voluminous report was devoid of substance. None of his assertions were backed by any sort of fact. He is condescending and biased.
There are multiple complaints about Mark Rand on the internet; heed those warnings.
