fossil.com Hi..i bought a wrist a watch from season mall of fossil brand and when i bought that watch that time shopkeeper told me its of one year warranty and if i face any problem then bring to the same place and i haven't completed one year and now my watch strip colour gone. pune Maharashtra

Hi..i bought a wrist a watch from season mall of fossil brand and when i bought that watch that time shopkeeper told me its of one year warranty and if i face any problem then bring to the same place and i haven't completed one year and now my watch strip colour gone means i's going became black now it's looking like fake watch.
Then i went season mall to request to change my watch strip but they said we cant help. my concern is if they can't help so why they are selling fake watches and also i haven't use my watch since three month.
if they don't give strip warranty they it should be mention on warranty card but that is also not mentions. So it's my request to all customer please stop buying fossil brand because after wasting of too much money u will get fake watch.
