Fountain Fixer - Gordon Rose - Bethanie Warner-Rose - RIP OFFS Hires any sub-contractor they can find and then disappears Mesa Arizona
The website www.fountainfixer.com is actually owned by Fountain Source which is at www.fountainsourceusa.com
The owners use three different company names to pull their bait & switch tactics.
Problem: Gordon will tell you whatever you want to hear. He will lie to your face to get the job. He will brag about all of these jobs that he has done....that he truly has NOT done.
Gordon will basically do and say whatever in the world he can to get your project, then in a minute he turns everything over to a sub-contractor that he does not even know, has not even researched and then he is gone.....
Reseal after reseal on our fountain and it still leaks and causes problems. You call Gordon back and he says that he was only the designer and that we need to contact the company that did the work.
We say that "we hired you" and you hired someone else without talking to us. His reply is that he did not do the work and found us someone that could, take it up with them.
Then his wife Bethanie steps in and tries to act like everything will be ok....she talks soft and polite until you press her then she becomes a normal customer service monster like everyone else.
Very poorly run operation and they tell you about all of the projects....well a little research shows that they never have any projects where they are actually doing the work....they FARM everything out and collect the checks...they take NO responsibility accept to cash your check and get as much of your money as they can before you realize what is going on....
Horrible experience after experience.....we finally told then keep our money and stay away from our home.

If you look at who posted the report, it's a gentleman by the name of "Greg", yet the report is signed "Paula and Jim of Scottsdale". Unfortuntely we suspect that this person is a disgruntled independent sales rep that could not make sales and blames us. The Fountain Source, LLC is owned by my wife Bethanie Warner. We DO have more than 20 years combined experience in the fountain and pond business in the Phoenix area. True we are a design company, however ALL of the contractors we use are licensed, bonded and insured. Furthermore these are guys that we have known for more than 10 years and have 1,000's of jobs under their belt. The claim that "then in a minute he turns everything over to a sub-contractor that he does not even know, has not even researched and then he is gone....." is simply not true. Our customers LOVE the fact that we warranty all of the parts right our of our brick and mortar retail location so there is ALWAYS a place to go when a customer has needs after the sale. or Feel free to stop by our watergardening store and showroom and meet us in person for as many references as you may want and to speak with me personally about my many residential and commercial fountain and pond projects.
