I have bought a shampoo from this online company that is no longer available in regular stores. Before I placed my order I reached out via phone and email to confirm that the product they are advertising on their website is actually the product I will be receiving. No response after several attempts. I ended up placing the order, which was delivered two days later. Sure enough they send me the "newer version" of this shampoo, which is not the one they are advertising.
I reached out to them again via phone and email to arrange a return because the return information provided along with the shipment was for a totally different amazon store. I called amazon to see what I can do and they were not able to help me. They explained since Fox and Grapes is not a directly approved vendor with amazon they can't issue me a return label.
So now I'm sitting on this $55 shampoo that is not them item I ordered, I have no way of returning it for a refund, and Fox and Grapes is completely unresponsive. This is by far the worst online service I have ever received.
