Fox Rental, I purchased a rental certificate from Car Rental 8 for a car from Fox Rental and when I arrived at Fox Rental he said the certificate wasn't in his system. Tampa Florida
I had to rent a car from Fox Rental at full price and I called Car Rental 8 and told them what happened. He said the certificate is there and when I return the car they will apply the credit. When I returned the car they did not apply a credit. When I returned home from my vacation, I called Car Rental 8 again and was told they are waiting to hear from Fox car rental. This happened in April, 2014, now it is at the end of MaY, 2014 and I am still waiting to hear from Car Rental 8. DON'T EVER USE THEM, THE SERVICE AT FOX IS SLOW AND IT ISN'T WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.
