They con you by offering to help you recover money from scam binary option brokers. They tell you that for a small fee they will investigate your case, take legal action against the broker that stole money from you, and recover your funds. They then ask for an up-front fee of several hundred dollars to ‘register your case’. When you them you never hear from them again. This outfit is fronted by a so-called ‘Frances Miller’, no doubt using a false name and it may be a man or woman. Frances Miller also uses other names such as Eugenia Madley or Eugenia Webb, or Rebecca Madley. They are a bunch of thieves trying to steal money from people who have already been victims of scam binary option brokers. Oxford Florida
