I purchased a bathing suit. After wearing it once, a seem ripped out. I emailed the company and they responded that they would replace the bathing suit with two suits of my choice after I send the suit back to them.
I returned the bathing suit and paid for shipping (from the USA to Canada). I was expensive to send back. I emailed them that I sent the suit back. I have tracking and know the suit was delivered back to them.
They never responded or sent a replacement suit (let alone two they said they would give me).
I have sent them several emails with no response at all.
