I can only assume that the people involved above have a monetary stake in Frank's success because what I saw after my purchase was embarrassing in quality. The videos inclued audio annotations of slide numbers (no one bothered to listen through before they were published??) and then when I tried to get a refund, that's when the fun began
Creating a ticket here

created a ticket with XXXXX as the number, to check on the stauts of a ticket, you need to input your email address AND the number or it returns an error. Alas this tactic of making it difficult to get a refund is typical of network marketers, but I was hoping Frank's author creddentials meant he was above such things. N.B. when purchasing the Facebook Marketing guide there is a page saying buy the new version with no "continue to your purchase without buying th newer version" leaving you trapped to purchase.
My time has been wasted and still waiting for a refund

I have also ordered the Cold Calling is a Waste of Time book and cds. Yes I saw the ad promoting the extra purchase however I wasn't persuaded by it and just ordered the book and cds. I have since received them and so far have only been billed the postage. I expect that at the end of 30 days the rest of the bill will be charged to my credit card and that's OK as I am happy with my purchase.
Most of the information is available in other places but it is good to have it compiled in the one place. In the past I have racked my brain trying to think of what to do next but this book will have the answers right there in front of me.
Thank you Frank.

Well I have had a shcoking experience with Frank and his company.
I purchased the program but enever agreed to the Sales Mastery course yet my Boss' credit card began being billed for small amounts under ROI Advisors which I later found to be another one of his "companies." I contacted them as soon as my (quite unhappy) Boss informed me and I recieved an email from an Ashley Turlington giving a feeble excuse about what had happened re the pauments and that there'd been a 'mixup' w being billed by ROI Advisor
I replied asking AGAIN for the tax invoice and informing them that I never agreed to the Sales Mastery course and have done so every few days since (reply was sent on 12/7) and have heard NOTHING back even though I've been emailling Ashley, Frank and submitting to thier website. Ashley finished her ONLY email with 'Please let me know if you have any other questions.' yet I ahve heard nothing from them and (along with my Boss) are NOT happy.
In my last email sent 2 days ago I warned them that I would go viral w my feelings and still have heard nothing so this report is part of my campaign against them.
DO NOT buy this program!!!!!!

First off, thank you to Gary Sy for posting the response, and letting people know that I run a transparent business that is totally above-board. We have been insured by BuySafe for several years which guarantees all purchases and is underwritten by major insurance companies, we are GuaranteeGuarantee.com certified which verifies that we honor all money-back guarantees, and we are Trust Guard certified. We even have premier merchant status with American Express due to an unusually low percentage of credit card disputes over nearly 9 years in business. The complaint itself is totally false and doesn't even have our correct city & state - it says North Beach, CA when we are actually in San Antonio, TX.
This particular complaint was filed by a wannabe competitor named Billy Loi who not only has been posting phony complaints against others in the industry but also ran a defamatory blog with the intent of harming the reputation of other sales experts, presumably in order to promote his own products instead. About a dozen of us contacted his hosting company - on our own, without lawyers - and they immediately recognized that he was running a fraudulent website. They immediately shut it down and seized his website domain name/URL.
Anyone who wishes to do can run a Google search on "Billy Loi" and you'll see that he not only has filed bogus complaints against many sales authors but also against just about everyone he has ever done business with - banks, car dealers, cell phone companies, airlines, you name it.
As for his FBI claim, I have in fact filed a complaint with the FBI Internet Crimes Unit for the fact that he is filing these fraudulent reports and attempting to use the internet to wrongfully harm his would-be competitors in order to damage their business.

I think this complaint was just not accurate as to the details of buying this course. I bought it the other day. When I bought it online I knew I was paying $97 at the end of 30 days for the initial course just as this complaint states. after purchasing the course I received ANOTHER offer stating something similar to what the complaint states. The offer was for the Sales Mastery course for an additional $97.
What the offer stated, and where the complaint was wrong, was that if I acted TODAY I could purchase the Sales mastery course for $47. I assume that that meant if I did not buy the additional course tody then the cost would go higher later. I was getting a bundle discount.
The offer is TOTALLY clear. I was paying $97 for the first course and $47 for the Sales Mastery course, which will be billed for $144 total in 30 days if I do notreturn the course.
Thanks Frank, the information is great. Most if the information can be found elsewhere however the "pounding it into my brain" that cold calling does not work, makes this course invaluable.
