This letter is being provided to address some negative feedback and misinformation being stated about my service and reputation as an independent contractor. I might add that I have completed dozens of web design contracts and have never received any complaints from my satisfied clients. So, I wish to lay to rest any concern about my work ethic and integrity as web developer.

In short, I completed a very basic website design for a past client by the name of Tony **** on September 21, 2011. I bent over backwards in an attempt to please Tony at every turn and request. As a result of unrealistic expectations from the client, he has felt inclined to post a negative post about my services on this scam blog. The revenue I received from the site I created for him was negligible, but even then he was unwilling to compensate me for the true cost of the job. So in an effort to satisfy a future client I compromised and took the job. I attempted to complete the job within the terms of the contract however there was delays in receiving all the needed design assets from Mr. **** himself.

It appears Mr. **** had a preconceived idea of what a job should cost and what the time frame should be for his particular website. However, his notion was neither fair nor was it realistic. Additionally, the scope of the job increased and required more time to create the site, but he of course was unwilling to compensate me for the additional time (in this case one additional week of development).

To make matters worse I did complete the site, and in good faith on my part I delivered it to the client ready for a live launch prior to receiving full payment for the website. When I realized there was a delay in receiving payment for my
service, I had concern about being compensated for services rendered. So I decided to safeguard my invested time and pulled back the theme until payment was received. This apparently did not bode well with Mr. ****, and so he has been so inclined to post a negative blog post about my services.

In the end I did deliver a finished product to the client. To this day Mr. **** is using the site I developed. And in the end he paid a mere $300.00 more for a full extra week of development time. Not a bad deal for Mr. ****.

In conclusion I tried to cater to every request of Mr. ****. I incorporated every feature that he requested; all the
while I remained completely flexible to his needs. Although it is a typical practice to take down websites for lack of payment, in this instance I waited for payment, but to no avail, so I had to protect myself.

Therefore I dispute any and all claims made on the blog page of Mr. **** and will seek to have his misrepresentation of the facts to be removed.

Please refer to my list of references and letters of recommendations to get an accurate representation of my
services and work ethic as a website developer.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Frank Thoeny

be careful with this person,

not going to get anymore programming from me until you promise to an hourly agreement.

I would prefer a written agreement. I suppose email is good enough. It's now over $300 so you can agree to this before we work on the project. Do you agree to the agreement of $20 per hour?

he wait after 45day then when day 46 came he sent me this email before he told me he will work on it but he is busy but will do a good job and then work on more as a gift and sorry.
