Franklin Maggard Responded to my for sale ad for a Honda Motorcycle, agreed to price and wanted me to use his website instead of carfax Internet
I listed a motorcycle for sale on craigs list & Franlin Maggard responded. He agreed to my price, and wanted to setup a date to see the bike but first wanted me to get a report from usvinexpose.com to prove the bike was not in any accidents.
I checked him out on Craigs List and found out that he is a scammer, and only interested in driving people to use a service that he owns.
He never had any interest in buying anything..
