So, you're blaming them for using an account with an address that is six years old? Don't you update your addresses when you change them? Sorry...but this isn't really their fault. If you know what e-mail address you applied with, you shouldn't have any problem. If not, well, the "G" will stay.

Ok. You say that your account with your current address is not the paid one. Your paid one is with a different e-mail address. So maybe, if you are not giving them the old e-mail address but rather the new one...then as stated in their e-mail, they cannot locate your account. I went to the site and they have a contact us form and also an e-mail address called [email protected] to contact their CS department. It's worth a try.

"Hello. We have received your request to cancel your FreeLotto FAST subscriptionaccount. We do not find a F.A.S.T. registration with this e-mail address. Do you have another e-mail address that you may have used to register?" The thing is I keep getting emails from them despite their saying they don't have it! Just not my lotto results. "STEP 1: Click the link below the numbers in your FAST results e-mail that reads 'To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here'. You will be brought to the Fast User center. Enter your password in the space provided." So tell me how I am supposed to do that when you have not sent any results in at least a month??? This is ludicrous!!!!!

I have been there and found some information they start their scam in 1/1/98 they are not a member of the ny,ny bbb. they have many complaints that they have not responded to the complaints sent in. additional phone numbers (212) 375-6207 (212) 931-6761 (212) 375-6208 fax (212) 931-6761 they have other names that they go by free world lotto, freeworldlotto.com, jumpstart media, and plasmanet.com. I think all us need to come together and put the biggest lawsuit against plasmanet.com and see if the scam another person again.
