Note the words "....and only Dianne Timm will be paid $1 Million dollars in the Classic FreeLotto Game or any other cash that you shall be entitled to." Reread the above, and note "...or any other cash that you shall be entitled to." See that "or" ?? In other words, maybe you won NO cash. Get it? Maybe you pay some money by "...using the convenient F.A.S.T. service...." and you get nothing! That would be par for the course.....
