Yeah I got sucked in with this freelotto you have one million dollars pending rubbish. I kept emailing them to see if it was true and I was told to follow the prompts which meant that I had to register first with my credit card details. I contacted Consumer Watch but got no reply so I thought it could be the real deal so like an idiot I gave up my details and have been bombarded with emails every day. Thankfully, my wife discovered what I had done when she was accessing our internet banking and noticed that a couple of amounts had been taken out of the account which was more than the $14.99 per month. I was at the bank the next day to cancel my card and was appropriately told by the fraud office to give myself an 'upper cut'. I had only lost a few dollars, but had my wife not noticed what I had done, it could have been a lot more. Don't get sucked in and please don't give out your card details, take it from a sucker, if it sounds too good to be true, it probrably is.
