THIS CASE HAD BEEN FILED AT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ALSO SENT TO EBAY AS WELL (EBAY RECOMMENDED SHIPPER, THE INFORMATION WAS DIRECTED FROM EBAY SITE.)

We had set up the service in the 3rd week of September, 2006 for delivering goods from Los Angeles to Albuquerque. I had personnally reminded Joesph ext 1327, that I had to get it by the end of september because I would be out of town. (I did suggest that if they could not deliver by that time, we could handle this after i came back, and that was 2 weeks for the end of september) and he promised that there would be no problem for that. Finally, the truck could not make it and Freight quote said it needed to charge us extra for storage fee since i would not be there for waiting for the goods. I had talked to Joseph again about this and he said he would take care of it (waived the charges). Finally the goods were delivered on Wednesday, 10-18-06. I was back on 10-15-06 but Joseph was sick out on 10-16-06. No one in customer service dept know about where the goods were located when Joseph was out on 10-16-06. When the driver delivered the goods, I had asked him again if there was any additional charge (I also asked Joseph the same question on 10-18-06 right before the driver delivered the goods). Both of them said I was not responsible for any payment. I had signed off the delivery document, which indicated there was no extra charge.

on 10-26-06, Freight quote charged us $180 extra on our credit card (we had already paid back to September) without getting our authorization. When I called Joseph, he said he did not know why his company charged us and he promised that he would handle that. I had called him many times and left messages since 10-30-06 till last Friday but there was no response at all. Finally I had called up the credit card company to cancel this transaction since it was unauthorized. I will also file this complaint at Ebay too.

I had emailed Freightquote's customer service but there was no response (almost 3 weeks already!)
