On March 01, 2019. The plaintiff Dominique Sandra Marie Lax African American 29 year old. Went to shop at FRESH MARKET 505 W McGalliard Rd, Muncie, IN 47303 to shop for avocado. While shopping Ms. Lax seen open to the public display samples of coffee and peanut butter. The store director told Ms. Lax. He wanted her to leave the store. Ms. Lax asked " why am I stealing"? Why do I have to leave the store"? As it shows in her iPhone video.
The store director couldn't give Ms. Lax a sound answer accept he called the police on her and trespass a black Consumer for sampling a open public display of peanut butter. How hilarious is that? HARASSMENT OVER SAMPLE PEANUT BUTTER THIS IS OUR EXPERIENCE EVERYWHERE WE GO TO STORE. CRIMINAL HARASSMENT TO THE POINT OF MAKING YOU AS A BLACK CONSUMER FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. IF THE WHITE RACIST HATE GROUP MEMBER NOT HACKLING YOU, THEY'RE HARASSING US FOR SINGING, LAUGHING, SHOPPING.
DO AFRICAN AMERICAN ALSO PAY FOR POLICE SERVICE? WHY ARE THE WHITE PERMIT PATTIES HERE IN MUNCIE INDIANA USING POLICE SERVICES FOR PETTY HARASSMENT IF ITS NOT AN EMERGENCY THESE PEOPLE SHOULD GET ARRESTED FOR ABUSING THE POLICE SYSTEM.
