From You Flowers ripoff didn't care ruined valentines day and screwed me over Old Saybrook Connecticut
I ordered flowers for my wife in January from this place, spent over $100 on flowers and delivery. They were suppose to be delivered on valentines day, at 7p.m. I called and told them they did not arrive, they told me they would call the florist and get back to me. 10 minutes later they did call and said that they should be here anytime. We waited and missed our dinner reservation (ended up getting take out at burger king, wife pissed). I called from you from you flowers this morning the 15th, they didn't even say sorry they said that there was a mix up and all they could do is resend the flowers. I said no i want a refund, they refused. Again I waited until 7p.m. to call and tell them they were not delivered again, they said they didn't get them out but would send them tomorrow feb 16th. I said no I demand a refund. The person said no and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor, I was refused. i told the person on the phine what happened and they asked for the order #. Then they said the onlything they could do was give me a 20% discount on my next order and get this order to me by the feb 17th because at this point it was to late to get them here by the 16th. Once again I sadi no I demand a refund and appology. I was refused. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges. Don't buy floers here, they WILL RIP YOU OFF!
