I ordered flowers on November 28, 2008... for my mom (her birthday today) 100% satisfaction same day delivery it clearly states on its website.

Flowers were never delivered. I know for a fact, I called the intended recipient to ask if they had gone out that day, they had not and to just check both the front and back door for flowers... no flowers!

The company tried to tell me maybe they really were delivered. They said in an email that I had given them special instructions to leave the flowers at the home if the recipient was not there.

I told them flat out that they were definitely lying to me because there was no place on the order form where special instructions was even mentioned.

Then told me that the florist was closed for the day but they would find out what happened asap and both call and email me. Never got a call or email from them. I kept emailing them. I got this...here's a $20 gift certificate on a future order.

They had a special when I ordered ... for google customers $5 off ... then they charged me a service fee of $12.99, which was not mentioned anywhere... it was just charged. Then, later on when I went on the site to track my order, I noticed that they had another special for one day only... this same day, so I emailed them and I mentioned the 15% discount advertised and they said, they'd refund my card so I'd get that discount. They also charged me $1.00 in addition to the total order amount of $62.98 ... said the $1.00 was because I used a credit/debit card.

I'm still waiting for all of my money to be refunded. This is a scam website posing as official.

I called my card company and they assured me that they'd put that money back on the card for me.

Had I not contacted my card company, I doubt whether "fromyouflowers.com" would be honest enough to return it.

People, do not do business with this company, you will most definitely regret it.
